Transforming a bustling city apartment into a stylish, family-friendly sanctuary was the desire for this recent project in New York’s Financial District.
Our clients wanted to revitalize their three-bedroom apartment with new flooring, a fully renovated kitchen, and new furnishings throughout. The biggest challenge was a poorly designed kitchen layout that felt closed off from the main living space. They also needed a visually stunning and kid-friendly home for their young daughter.
The custom kitchen exudes understated elegance. A marble waterfall island serves as a prominent focal point, complemented by custom cabinetry in soft wood tones and sleek black hardware. Thoughtful lighting and woven bar stools add texture and warmth, creating a space that blends aesthetic beauty with modern functionality.
The living room embodies refined sophistication with a soft, neutral palette and thoughtfully curated furnishings. A statement chandelier pairs beautifully with sheer drapery, a striking custom media wall, and textured seating for a balanced blend of comfort and modern elegance.
The primary bedroom design combines custom built-ins, a bespoke bed, and statement lighting for serene aesthetic harmony. With a calming palette and evocative artwork, the bedroom offers a welcoming retreat at the end of each day.
